01 Introduction and Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") 498bet applicable between ("we", "us", "platform") and any registered or unregistered user ("you", "member"). This agreement is governed by international gaming laws and regulations.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 498bet, the following requirements must be met:

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

05 Bonus and Promotion Terms

• Each member may claim a bonus offer only once. Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, or payment account is strictly prohibited.
• For welcome bonuses, the standard requirement is x10 to x30 wagering required.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they will be converted to real balance only once the wagering requirements have been met.
• 498bet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 498bet may place a hold on withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

06 Gaming Policy & Fair Play

All games on 498bet are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified and tested to international standards. Every game outcome is completely unbiased and random.

• 498bet reserves the right to void any winnings resulting from abnormal gains caused by a software bug or technical error.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game's rules.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, the game provider's log records will be treated as the final and definitive proof.
• Playing the same game simultaneously on multiple devices or using automated bots is strictly prohibited.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 498bet and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Unauthorized access to another member's account or any attempt to hack.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.

• Threatening, harassing, or mistreating other members.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or participating in professional syndicates.

08 Privacy & Data Protection

09 Account Suspension & Closure

• Once self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be reactivated before the designated period ends.
• Relevant provisions of these Terms & Conditions will remain in effect even after an account is closed.

10 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to respond within 72 hours.

• From the date the complaint is submitted Within 30 days must be reported; complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.
• If the issue remains unresolved, you have the option to appeal to our licensing authority.
• International gaming law will apply to the interpretation of this agreement and the resolution of any disputes.

11 Terms and Conditions Amendment Policy

498bet reserves the right to update, amend, or cancel these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• The date of the most recent Terms and Conditions will always be displayed at the top of this page.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account.
